Life Skills Curriculum Launched in Jammu & Kashmir

2 July 2026: SCERT Jammu & Kashmir and Bharti Airtel Foundation launched the Life Skills Curriculum Program for Classes VI–XII in the presence of Shri Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Jammu & Kashmir.

The initiative will integrate life skills education into schools through curriculum resources, teacher training, and digital support via TheTeacherApp, helping students develop critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

Building on Bharti Airtel Foundation’s education initiatives in the region since 2016, the program aligns with NEP 2020 and aims to prepare students to be confident and future-ready citizens.
