Empowering young minds through STEM with MANASVI Mentorship

The MANASVI STEM Mentorship Programme at IIT Delhi, supported by Bharti Airtel Foundation, recently concluded a transformative 5-day immersion for 50 students, with a special focus on encouraging girl students in STEM.

Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and innovation challenges, students built confidence, leadership skills, and a deeper understanding of STEM career pathways. The journey continues with a second phase planned during the January winter break.

Growing from 25 girl students across 7 schools last year to 50 girl students from 28 schools this year, the programme reflects our shared commitment with IIT Delhi to create inclusive and aspirational STEM opportunities.
