CONVOKE provides teachers and pre-service educators across India with a platform to
conduct action research, document innovative practices, and share evidence-based
solutions that strengthen teaching and learning.
Through CONVOKE, educators move from simply applying teaching methods to
understanding their impact through research, reflection, and evidence.

Evaluation Process
Submitted papers will be reviewed by a jury comprising teachers and education experts. Evaluation will focus on:
Research purpose and relevance
Content understanding
Practical application
Methodology and analysis
Findings and recommendations

Quality of writing
Shortlisted participants will present their research before the jury.

Submissions to be backed by primary/secondary research and data findings
- Up to 5,000 words
- Should have references and citations
- Letter from Head of School acknowledging that data was collected without prejudice (in case of primary research)
Papers could be disqualified based on AI-generated content/plagiarism
Papers submitted should include:
- Introduction/Statement of Purpose
- Research Question
- Research Design (Methodology, Sample, Investigative Tools)
- Findings and Analysis
- Recommendations and Conclusion
- Papers will be sent for evaluation and shortlisting
- The top 16 papers will be presented by the teacher to a jury comprising teachers and key educationists from state education institutions on a pre-defined scoring rubric
- Winners will be felicitated at national level
